Join a welcoming, food-led country pub in the heart of Lyndhurst, one of the New Forest's most popular and picturesque villages. We pride ourselves on serving high-quality, seasonal dishes using fresh local produce, alongside warm hospitality and exceptional customer service.

We are looking for a passionate and talented Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in delivering outstanding food, leading the kitchen team during service, and helping drive creativity through daily specials and seasonal menu development.

🍳 What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous Chef ready for the next step
• Passion for fresh, seasonal British food
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Ability to thrive in a busy kitchen environment
• Full UK driving licence and own transport
