We're on the lookout for an ambitious Senior Sous Chef to join the kitchen team at a stunning luxury hotel in the heart of the New Forest. Surrounded by nature and known for its award‑winning, locally driven menus, this is a kitchen where quality, creativity, and teamwork take centre stage.

🔥 The Role

• Be the Head Chef's right‑hand person, helping lead and inspire the kitchen team
• Deliver consistently high‑quality dishes using fresh, seasonal produce
• Supervise services and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes
• Maintain top‑tier food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards
• Ensure the kitchen is clean, organised, and service‑ready
• Step up and run the kitchen when the Head Chef is off

👀 What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Senior Sous Chef (or a confident Sous ready to step up)
• Passion for great food and the hospitality industry
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A positive attitude with a drive to learn, grow, and progress
• Someone who thrives as part of a close‑knit, professional team
