We're recruiting a passionate and experienced Sous Chef to join the kitchen team at a luxury boutique hotel in Honiton. This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef with a fresh food background who thrives in a high-quality, seasonal kitchen environment.

- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Schedule: Flexible to work 5 out of 7 days

About the Role:
- Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
- Lead and motivate the team to deliver consistently high standards
- Ensure dishes are prepared using fresh, locally sourced ingredients
- Maintain excellent food hygiene and safety standards
- Contribute to menu development and innovation
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a fresh food environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Passion for seasonal cooking and quality presentation
- Ability to work flexibly across shifts and weekends
