We're recruiting a passionate and experienced Sous Chef to join the kitchen team at a luxury boutique hotel in Honiton. This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef with a fresh food background who thrives in a high-quality, seasonal kitchen environment.



Key Details:

  • Hourly Rate: £17.50
  • Hours: 40 hours per week
  • Schedule: Flexible to work 5 out of 7 days
  • Location: Honiton


About the Role:

  • Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
  • Lead and motivate the team to deliver consistently high standards
  • Ensure dishes are prepared using fresh, locally sourced ingredients
  • Maintain excellent food hygiene and safety standards
  • Contribute to menu development and innovation


What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a fresh food environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Passion for seasonal cooking and quality presentation
  • Ability to work flexibly across shifts and weekends
