We are seeking an enthusiastic and talented Junior Sous Chef / Sous Chef to join our established hotel kitchen on the outskirts of Southampton. Working within a busy restaurant and events operation, you'll support the Head Chef in delivering high-quality food while helping to drive consistency, standards and teamwork across the kitchen.
This role is ideal for an experienced Chef de Partie looking to step up, or an existing Junior Sous Chef/Sous Chef seeking a fresh challenge within a fast-paced hospitality environment.
✅ Previous experience as a Chef de Partie, Junior Sous Chef or Sous Chef.
✅ Strong organisational and communication skills.
✅ Ability to work effectively under pressure in a busy kitchen environment.
✅ Passion for fresh food and excellent customer experiences.
✅ Good knowledge of food safety and kitchen compliance.
Due to the hotel's location and limited public transport links, own transport is essential.
