We are recruiting a Sous Chef on a Full-Time, Permanent Basis. Working hours are 38 hours per week, including alternate weekends. All evenings off.
Salary: From £30,000 per annum DOE.
We are a popular Leisure Site in Southampton, offering a vibrant and welcoming environment for visitors. Our on-site restaurant is a key part of the experience, serving freshly prepared dishes in a busy, fast-paced setting.

You will assist in the day-to-day running of a busy production kitchen, supplying food for our successful restaurant. The role also includes overseeing counter service on the Carvery and Pizza Oven, as well as supervising and motivating the kitchen team.
This position offers sociable hours with no split shifts and alternate weekends off.
We're looking for a self-motivated, enthusiastic, and hardworking individual with excellent communication skills. You should have previous catering/hospitality experience and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
