Full-Time | Permanent | 38 Hours per Week (Includes Alternate Weekends)
Salary from £30,000 per annum (DOE)
We are looking for a talented Sous Chef to support the day-to-day running of a busy production kitchen within a popular leisure dining environment.
You will play a key role in delivering high-quality food for a high-volume restaurant, as well as overseeing counter service operations, including a carvery and pizza offering. You will also be responsible for supervising, motivating, and developing the kitchen team to maintain excellent standards and efficiency.
This role offers sociable working hours with no split shifts, alongside a structured rota that includes alternate weekends.
