We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our vibrant independent restaurant in the heart of New Milton. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and driven chef who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience cooking to high volume while maintaining exceptional quality.
- Ability to cope under pressure and deliver consistently during busy service.
- Strong leadership skills to support the Head Chef and motivate the team.
- A genuine love for fresh, seasonal ingredients and creative menus.
Role Details:
- Full-time position: Minimum 40 hours per week, 5 out of 7 days.
- Live-out role - candidates must be local to the New Milton area or able to commute.
