Salary: £40,000 per annum

We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our vibrant independent restaurant in the heart of Lymington. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and driven chef who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience cooking to high volume while maintaining exceptional quality.
• Ability to cope under pressure and deliver consistently during busy service.
• Strong leadership skills to support the Head Chef and motivate the team.
• A genuine love for fresh, seasonal ingredients and creative menus.

Role Details:

• Full-time position: Minimum 40 hours per week, 5 out of 7 days.
• Live-out role - candidates must be local to the Lymington area or able to commute.
