We are looking for a Sous Chef to join one of our school catering teams. The position will be responsible for preparing a variety of food/dishes.
The ideal candidate will have proven craft skills and a real passion for fresh food. Ideally qualified to NVQ level 2 in Professional Cookery or equivalent, you will be rewarded with a competitive salary for working 37.5 hours per week, on a split shift pattern (shift 1 - Monday to Friday 8 am - 4pm), (Shift 2 - Monday-Wednesday and Sat and Sun - 8am - 4pm), 52-week contract.
