🧑‍🍳 What you'll be doing:

* 🔪 Preparing and cooking fresh food to high standards

* 📋 Following HACCP and food safety procedures

* 🧾 Managing stock, ordering, and minimising waste

* 👥 Supervising kitchen teams and deputising for Sous Chef

* 🧠 Contributing to menu development and customer satisfaction

🎓 What you'll need:

* 🎓 NVQ Level 2 in Professional Cookery (or equivalent)

* ✅ Level 2 Food Safety

* 🧠 Experience in a commercial kitchen

* 💬 Strong communication and problem-solving skills

* 💪 Calm under pressure, with a passion for food and service

🕖 7am-2:30pm | 🕗 8am-2:45pm | 🕐 1pm-9pm | 🕝 2:15pm-10pm
