A beautiful hotel set in the heart of the South Downs countryside is seeking a talented Senior Chef de Partie to join its professional kitchen team. Working with fresh, locally sourced ingredients, you'll play a key role in delivering high‑quality dishes across the menu while supporting the wider brigade.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled CDP looking to step up - or an established Senior CDP seeking a well‑run, fresh‑food environment with room to grow.

Due to the remote location, having your own transport is highly desirable.

✨ What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or Senior CDP
• Strong background working with fresh food
• Ability to run your section confidently and maintain high standards
• Good understanding of Health & Safety and Food Hygiene procedures
• A positive attitude, teamwork and a passion for great food

⏰ Hours & Pay

• £16.04 per hour
• 40 hours per week
• 5 days out of 7, rota‑based
• Work in a supportive and professional kitchen environment
